As a tournament sponsor, you can elect to allow internet tournament signup for your tournaments. This involves registering with us (free), selecting your tournaments for internet signup and optionally getting a PayPal account (also free).

How it works
A skier can signup and pay online for the tournament. The money can go directly into your account if you setup your PayPal account. We charge $1.00 per skier, which you pay to us after the event.

You will be able to add skiers who send paper applications and their check. A list of skiers will be available on this site for everyone to view, so it will eliminate you having to call or mail entrants after the tournament is full. We can control how many skiers can signup.

PayPal charges a small fee when you receive a payment. On a $40 entry it's about $1.50. The actual calculation is 2.9% + $0.30, so on $40.00 it would be 2.9% X $40 = $1.16 + $0.30 = $1.46. Add our charge of $1.00 and it's a $2.46 total. You can either absorb these charges or add them to the entry fee.

Skiers will pay an extra $2.50 for the convenience and ability to know if a tournament is still open for entry.

You, the sponsor, can add any number of skiers and can completely control when tournament entry is allowed.

You will be able to download a file from us just prior to the tournament that you use to identify entered skiers and easily check them off on the template you get from AWSA for your tournament. The template is then imported into WSTIMS.

When a skier signs-up, they will have to acknowledge and agree to the usual waiver that is currently on the USA Water ski entry form. You will be able to view and print a list of skiers who have agreed to it. Or you can have each skier sign it on site when they arrive like the Western region did at the 2006 regional's.
